Position: Bakery Production Operatives (Multiple Roles Available) Location: Warwick Pay Rate: £14.50 – £15.50 per hour (Depending on experience) Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent

About the Role

We are looking for skilled, passionate, and reliable Bakery Production Operatives to join our growing team. Whether your strength lies in precision mixing, artistic hand-finishing, or fast-paced packing, we have a position that fits your skillset.

You will work with high-quality ingredients and modern bakery machinery to produce exceptional baked goods.

Available Positions & Core Duties

1. Mixing & Preparation

· Scaling and weighing ingredients accurately according to recipes.

· Operating commercial Hobart Mixers and monitoring dough/batter consistency.

· Ensuring the production line is consistently fed to maintain output targets.

2. Finishing & Decorating

· Operating Mono Depositors for precise product portioning.

· Applying high-level manual hand skills for intricate decorating, piping, and finishing touches.

· Maintaining an eye for detail to ensure every product looks artisanal and premium.

3. Packing & Machinery Operation

· Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting Flow Wrap machines.

· Ensuring all products are securely packaged, labelled, and quality-checked.

· Preparing finished goods for dispatch according to strict food safety guidelines.

What We Are Looking For

· Machinery Experience: Previous experience operating bakery or packaging machinery (Hobart Mixers, Mono Depositors, or Flow Wrap lines) is highly desirable.

· Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination and excellent hand skills for manual decorating and finishing.

· Food Safety Aware: A solid understanding of food hygiene standards (HACCP / Food Safety Level 2 is a plus).

· Team Players: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment and meet daily production schedules.
