<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pay Rates:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Standard: £12.71 per hour (rising to £12.79 after 12 weeks)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Nights: £13.47 per hour (rising to £14.17 after 12 weeks)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Role Overview:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Build crates, palletise parcels, and ensure items are securely prepared for dispatch</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support the safe, efficient operation of the warehouse as part of a collaborative team</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Utilise strong attention to detail and follow written instructions to achieve high standards</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Flexible shift patterns available, with variable start and finish times dependent on workload and parcel volumes</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loading and unloading trailers</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Accurately scan and sort parcels according to destination ( ~min 2000 parcels per shift)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Able to communicate confidently in both spoken and written English</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Capable of understanding and following scanning, labelling, and sorting instructions</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Physically fit to handle manual tasks in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 15 kg, when unloading trailers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Commitment to working Sundays and occasional Saturday's , with flexibility across all 7 days</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reliable and punctual, with a positive approach to teamwork</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Flexible</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Shift Patterns:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Inbound: Start times between 2pm - 6pm</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Twilight: Start times between 12pm - 4pm</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Nights: Start times between 8pm - midnight</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Shifts typically last 5-9 hours; longer hours may be required during peak periods.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Due to the nature of the operation, start and finish times cannot be guaranteed in advance and will vary according to workload, so a flexible approach to working hours is required.</p>
