<p class="text-muted mb-3">Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced 360 Excavator Operator to join a commercial construction project in Exeter, Devon.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled 360 Machine Operator / Excavator Driver to secure long-term work on a high-quality commercial construction project, supporting foundation and drainage works.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What We Offer</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">£25 per hour.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">10 hours paid per day.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">CIS payment available.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Long-term project with potential for ongoing work.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">PPE and tools provided on site.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Opportunity to work on a commercial construction project in Exeter.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operate various-sized 360 excavators safely and efficiently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out excavation work for foundations and drainage.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support general site operations as required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Follow all site Health & Safety procedures and instructions.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Requirements</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proven experience operating 360 excavators within the construction industry.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid CPCS or NPORS card for above and below 10 tonnes, including lifting operations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Fit-to-work medical.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reliable, consistent and hardworking approach.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong understanding of safe working practices on construction sites.</p>
