<p class="text-muted mb-3">Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours (plus 1 in 7 weekends and public holidays)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What you'll be doing;</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure all staff are aware of and strictly follow health and safety procedures at all times and carry out regular field inspections to ascertain safe working practices</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To ensure that all resources are in a safe, clean and operable working condition; report and monitor any occurring issues/defects without delay and ensure all accidents are fully investigated</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Updating and completion of events within the contract management information system (ECHO) to ensure all raised tasks/issues are dealt with in a timely manner in accordance with the required SLA.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To liaise with the Contract Management team, administrators and other Veolia departments in regard to service issues and take improvement action in any area requiring improvement.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assist in management and control of sickness and absence levels being responsible for taking improvement/remedial action.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To ensure that the fleet is kept clean. To investigate and report to Line Manager if accidents/damage takes place.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To make Management aware where additional training is required, and to recognise where Operatives could be given the opportunity to further their career within the company.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support the achievement of performance indicators identified in Veolia's strategic plan.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assist in budgets management relating to street service.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What we're looking for;</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Essential:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">People management and team leader skills and experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Have a basic understanding of IT systems is essential</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Knowledge of Health and Safety</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Customer oriented/service delivery focused</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Driving license</p>
