<p class="text-muted mb-3">Meridian Business Support is recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a leading retailer based in North Acton.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a full-time temporary opportunity supporting Black Friday and Christmas peak demand, with paid training provided and the potential for ongoing work beyond the initial assignment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse, picking, packing, fulfilment, logistics or distribution experience who can commit to the full assignment period.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Responsibilities include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Picking and packing customer orders to a high standard</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Handling delicate products carefully and carrying out quality checks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reporting any product defects or concerns to team leaders</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assisting with goods-in activities and stock movement</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Processing returned items and customer returns</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting stock replenishment and packaging supplies</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working efficiently to achieve daily productivity targets </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The majority of this assignment will involve order picking and packing, with additional warehouse support duties allocated when required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To be considered for this Warehouse Operative position, you must be able to:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work 6 days per week throughout the assignment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Complete approximately 57 hours per week</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Be flexible regarding your weekly day off</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Remain standing for most of a 9.5-hour shift</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Provide proof of your right to work in the UK   </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good reliability and attendance</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A positive attitude and team-focused approach</p>
