360 Operator & Dumper Driver

<p class="text-muted mb-3">3D Personnel are currently looking for an 360 Operator for a construction project in Reading.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The day-to-day duties will consist of:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operate a 360 excavator safely and efficiently to carry out excavation, digging, loading, and material-moving duties.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Conduct thorough pre-start and daily safety checks on the excavator before operation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Safely excavate trenches, foundations, footings, and other areas as instructed by the Site Management Team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Load and move materials such as soil, rubble, aggregates, and other site materials.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operate the excavator around obstacles, confined spaces, and busy construction sites.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work safely around other plant, machinery, vehicles, and site personnel.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operating a forward tipping dumper safely and efficiently around site</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Transporting materials, soil and aggregates across the construction site</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Digging trenches and carrying out excavation work</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Using shovels and other hand tools</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Clearing the site by removing topsoil and anything that may affect the construction process</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Landscaping the site</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Clearing vegetation and carrying out general site clearance</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Removing old drainage or other pipework systems</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assisting with drainage installation and groundwork operations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Preparing the ground for the building team to lay foundations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out routine checks and report any defects or mechanical issues immediately.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Follow all site rules, safety regulations, and operating procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Perform all required duties on site as instructed by the Site Management Team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain a safe, clean, and professional working environment at all times.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out all work in accordance with industry health and safety standards.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Requirements</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Must hold a valid CPCS or NPORS ticket for 360 Excavator & Dumper Ticket.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience operating a 360 excavator on construction sites.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Must be hardworking, reliable, and driven.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Must have valid ID/Passport.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Must have full PPE, including:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Must have full site PPE</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a site team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Must have a strong focus on safety and responsible plant operation.</p>
