<p class="text-muted mb-3">Are you Passionate about getting stock right and improving warehouse systems? We have a opening for a Inventory Supervisor to join the Inventory Team based within our Aylesbury Distribution Centre. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Our operation is Monday to Friday, allowing work/life balance - while we need you flexible to support operational needs this role will be predominately covering 06:00 - 14:30. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Job Description</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a Inventory Supervisor, you'll ensure our warehouse stock and systems are accurate, optimised and reliable.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You’ll be a WMS super‑user, coach and analyst who ensures stock integrity, drives counting disciplines, supports system changes and helps the operation meet customer service targets.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a practical, visible role with real impact on stock losses, space utilisation and service performance.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain WMS data integrity to optimise stock levels, storage space and planning.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Lead cycle count programs and turn count results into corrective actions that reduce losses.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Coordinate stock transfers and rotations to protect product quality and availability.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support UAT and act as a super‑user for WMS improvements and process changes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Train and support operational teams on WMS use and inventory best practice; provide refresher coaching.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor item data capture and resolve inaccuracies to keep the system audit-ready.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Drive layout, housekeeping and health-check routines to sustain efficient operations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Escalate risks and advise management on issues that could affect performance.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Champion SHEQ standards and ensure team adherence to safety and quality procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent communication and coaching skills with the ability to influence operational teams.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Intermediate Excel skills and comfort with Microsoft Office.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Practical understanding of inventory control principles, stock rotation and warehouse housekeeping.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience working with shift teams, warehouse operatives and cross-functional stakeholders.</p>
