Logistics Warehouse Operative – Wokingham

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00

Links Recruitment is recruiting a Logistics Warehouse Operative for our client’s rapidly expanding e-commerce fulfilment department in Wokingham.

We are looking for an organised and reliable individual with strong communication skills, good IT knowledge and a hands-on approach to warehouse work.

What you’ll need:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, including the ability to work with and manipulate Excel spreadsheets.

Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate accurately and professionally with clients and sales teams by email.

Good numeracy and literacy skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with figures.

A counterbalance forklift licence. A Flexi forklift licence would be an advantage, although training can be arranged for the right candidate following successful completion of probation.

The ability to safely lift and carry parcels weighing between 250g and 25kg. Lifting and picking equipment is available, but individual parcels will still need to be handled during packing.
