Chilled / Ambient Van Driver

Main responsibilities:

Carrying out basic vehicle and refrigeration checks

Delivering chilled, frozen and ambient stock safely

Unloading orders and completing handovers at each site.

Recording deliveries accurately using our delivery app

Reporting delays, discrepancies or vehicle problems promptly

Returning the van clean, secure and ready for its next journey

What we’re looking for:

A full UK driving licence

A driving record acceptable to our motor insurer

Confidence driving a commercial van over longer distances

Reliability and good timekeeping

The ability to work independently

Good communication with the operations team

The ability to load and unload boxes safely

Previous van-delivery or multi-drop experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

Successful applicants will need to complete right-to-work, driving-licence, reference and motor-insurance checks before driving the company vehicle.
