FLT Driver – Reach and Counterbalance

Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (1-hour lunch)

We're recruiting an FLT Driver in Alfreton to join a small, friendly warehouse team of five.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining forklift driving with general warehouse duties, loading and unloading deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Reach and Counterbalance FLTs

• Loading and unloading vehicles

• Moving, storing and organising stock

• Supporting picking, packing and general warehouse duties

• Maintaining a safe, tidy and organised working environment

What We're Looking For

• You MUST have a valid Reach and Counterbalance FLT licences

• Previous warehouse experience

• Happy to get stuck into manual warehouse duties as well as forklift work

• Reliable, organised and a good team player

• £30,160–£33,280 per annum (£14.50 - £16.00 per hour)

• Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00

• One-hour lunch break

• Small team environment
