MOVE MANAGER 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and customer-focused Move Manager to join an established international logistics business based in South London.

You will act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their international relocation, coordinating bookings, shipping arrangements, documentation and overseas delivery. This role would suit someone with strong customer service and administrative experience who enjoys managing multiple priorities, solving problems and delivering excellent customer care.

MOVE MANAGER ROLE:

Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout their relocation

Coordinating international removals from booking through to delivery

Scheduling packing teams, collections and shipping arrangements

Liaising with transport providers, shipping companies and overseas agents

Preparing and maintaining shipping and customs documentation

Providing customers with regular shipment updates

Managing customer enquiries and resolving operational issues

Maintaining accurate booking records and updating internal systems

Monitoring shipment progress and ensuring deadlines are met

Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience MOVE MANAGER ESSENTIALS:

Ideally 1–3 years' experience in customer service, administration, logistics coordination, travel coordination or a similar office-based role

Demonstrating strong customer service and communication skills

Communicating confidently and professionally with candidates and clients over the phone

Bringing experience from a customer-facing, relationship-led or service-focused role

Managing multiple customer enquiries, bookings and administrative tasks

Coordinating schedules and meeting deadlines effectively

Utilising Microsoft Office and internal booking or CRM systems proficiently
