Salary: £24,606.56 per annum, plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00

Manually pick recyclate items from the moving conveyor belt

Yard duties where required of moving returned bins, and sweeping

Clean down at the end of the shift, leaving the picking cabin hazard free

Follow Health and safety policies and proceduresWhat we're looking for;

Essential:

Willingness to work in a physically demanding, repetitive role

Ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials safely

Good attention to detail

Commitment to health and safety and environmental standards

Reliable team player with a positive attitude

Willingness to work outdoors or in varying conditions where requiredDesirable:

Previous experience in recycling, waste management, warehousing, production or general operative work

Experience working around conveyors or industrial machinery

Forklift, pallet-truck or banksman training
