Are you a Supply Chain Manager or similar looking for a technical leadership role where you will overseeing a tight-knit team and play a key part in departmental strategy within a dynamic, forward-thinking company with an international presence who are establishing UK operations offering the chance to upskill yourself and majorly progress across the business?

This company specialises in the manufacture of precision components for a range of major industries including Aerospace, Defence and Robotics with a presence across multiple continents. They have recently established UK operations through numerous factories and are looking for new Production leaders to help drive this growth.

In this autonomous role

you will be one of the go-to specialists responsible for procurement and material planning to ensure delivery of production schedules and compliance. You will also be heavily involved in departmental strategy and growth with rapidly changing responsibilities and broad departmental liaison.

This position would suit a Supply Chain Manager or similar looking for a one of a kind role in a dynamic business who provide a range of progression opportunities and equity.

The Role:

Manage procurement and material planning to meet production schedules and resolve shortages.

Monitor supplier performance, expedite deliveries and address supply chain risks.

Develop the supplier network, identify sourcing gaps and manage aerospace materials and subcontracted processes.

Ensure purchasing compliance, maintain accurate data and drive cost and process improvements.The Person:
