Warehouse Operative – Counterbalance FLT Driver

Location: B8, Birmingham Salary: £30,000 per annum Shift: 12:00 midnight – 9:00am

We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse operation in the B8 area of Birmingham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently, and helping maintain a smooth flow of stock throughout the operation.

Key Responsibilities

Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.

Operating a counterbalance forklift truck to move and position stock.

Assisting with goods in, goods out and general warehouse duties.

Moving, stacking and storing materials in designated areas.

Checking stock and deliveries for accuracy and reporting discrepancies.

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

Following all health and safety procedures and warehouse operating standards.

Requirements

A valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential.

Previous warehouse experience is preferred.

Good awareness of health and safety procedures.

Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good attention to detail and a flexible approach to work.

What’s on Offer?

Consistent night-shift hours, from midnight until 9:00am.
