Class 2 Hiab Driver

HGV Class 2 Driver (Hiab a bonus if you have) – Rochester

Pay Rate: £17.60 per hour

Location: Medway City Estate, Rochester

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 4:00pm

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver (hiab a bonus if you have this licence) to join our team, delivering goods to customers across the local together with loading the lorry with the materials due to go out from the yard working out in all weathers.

The Role

Safely deliver goods to customers across the Medway area and beyond.

Ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and on time.

Carry out daily vehicle checks.

Complete all relevant delivery paperwork.

Provide excellent customer service at every delivery.

Requirements

Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.

Minimum of 6 months' Class 2 driving experience.

Valid Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card.

No more than 6 penalty points on your licence, with no major endorsements.

A reliable, professional attitude and a strong commitment to health and safety.

What's on Offer?

£17.60 per hour.

Monday to Friday – no weekend work.

Regular daytime hours, 6:00am – 4:00pm.

Temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
