We are currently recruiting for a Sharnbrook based company who is looking to bring a Manager into their busy recycling team. This role is managing a busy production team including both production & logistics staff. This will also include some manual handling.

This is a fast paced environment with production targets.

you will be doing

• Leading, motivating & developing the team
• Planning daily & weekly production schedules
• Managing shift patterns & staffing levels
• Monitoring output, quality & efficiency
• Health & safety
• Keeping machinery & equipment running well
• Working with the wider team to improve processes

What do you get

• 47.5 hours paid a week

• Consistent hours with overtime available

What do you need

• Experience managing a production or warehousing team
• Experience in Recycling or Waste is highly desirable
• Hands on leadership style
• Good planning & organisational skills
