Looking for ongoing work, great pay and the opportunity to secure regular hours into 2027?

We're looking for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team in Crick. Working for a leading logistics provider, you'll help keep customer products moving safely and efficiently through the warehouse.

This is a full-time role working fixed Monday to Friday shifts, giving you the stability to plan around life outside of work. Full training is provided, so whether you've worked in a warehouse before or you're looking for a fresh start, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay Rates

• AM Shift: £13.56 per hour
• AM Overtime: £16.95 per hour
• PM Shift: £14.27 per hour
• PM Overtime: £17.84 per hour
• Night Shift: £15.55 per hour
• Night Overtime: £19.44 per hour

Shifts

Fixed shift patterns, Monday to Friday

• AM Shift: 6:00am to 2:00pm
• PM Shift: 2:00pm to 10:00pm
• Night Shift: 10:00pm to 06:00am

Potential overtime available on Saturdays

What You'll Be Doing

• Handling customer merchandise as part of a busy warehouse operation
• Supporting the movement of products through the warehouse
• Following site procedures to maintain productivity and accuracy
• Working safely and following health and safety guidelines
• Helping keep the warehouse organised and running smoothly
• Working as part of a team to deliver great results

Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but not essential. Full training will be provided from day one.
