Plant Delivery Driver – Class 1

Location: Ipswich

Salary: £45,000+ Basic + Overtime

Hours: Full-time, Permanent

Holt Recruitment are working on behalf of a successful Plant Hire company who are looking for an experienced Class 1 Plant Delivery Driver to join their team in the Ipswich area.

The Role

Deliver and collect plant equipment from customer sites.

Primarily transporting Telehandlers, Rotos and Smart Tanks.

Safely load, secure and unload machinery.

Complete vehicle checks and delivery paperwork.

Provide a professional and reliable service to customers.

Work closely with the depot team to ensure deliveries run smoothly.

About You

Full Class 1 (C+E) HGV Licence.

Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.

Previous experience delivering plant machinery preferred.

Good knowledge of plant and machinery.

Strong load securing knowledge; NPORS Loader/Securer advantageous.

Good customer service and communication skills.

Reliable, organised and safety-conscious.

Maximum 3 points on licence.The Package

£45,000+ basic salary

Overtime available

Company bonus scheme

Up to 25 days' holiday + bank holidays

Birthday day off

Full-time permanent position
