Reach Forklift Driver

Flexible People Ltd are urgently seeking Reach Truck Drivers to work for a well-known company based in Hemel Hempstead.

This is an ongoing position with immediate starts available.

Pay Rates

Monday–Friday: £14 per hour

Weekends: £17 per hour

Working Hours

Any 5 days out of 7

Start times: 06:00am or 09:00am

Shifts lasting approximately 8–10 hours

Duties and Responsibilities

General warehouse duties

Loading and unloading vehicles

Operating a reach truck to move and organise stock

Picking and packing orders

Stock rotation and stock management

Handling heavy items as required

Following all health and safety procedures

Products Handled

You will be working with a range of products, including:

Food and beverage supplies

Dairy products

Packaging and disposable items

Cleaning and hygiene products

Catering equipment and operational consumables

Other essential business supplies

Requirements

A valid, in-date, accredited Reach Truck licence is essential.

Previous reach truck experience is preferred.

You must have your own black or navy work trousers and T-shirt, a high-visibility vest and safety boots.

A professional appearance and excellent customer service skills are essential.

You must be physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting.

A National Insurance number is required.

You must be able to speak, read and write English to a good standard.

You must be reliable, punctual and available to work full-time.

You must be comfortable completing paperwork electronically before starting.
