Job Description & Overview
Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in a community-based setting.
You will build trusting relationships, monitor progress, complete risk assessments, and collaborate with families and professionals to create safe, engaging learning experiences.
This role offers flexible hours, with a minimum three days per week, and aims to help children re-engage with education.
