Job Description & Overview
Elexon in London is seeking a Service Analyst (Grade 9) to join the Settlement & Insights team on a permanent basis. You will support day-to-day delivery of Settlement services, helping customers understand and use Elexon’s services while ensuring BSC obligations are met.
Join a collaborative team and develop expertise across data analysis, reporting, and service improvement, with hybrid working including 2 days in the London office.
