Job Description & Overview
Confidential is seeking an interim chief financial officer/finance leader for a UK manufacturing business. The role focuses on turning around performance, owning the cash forecast, and tightening working capital while reporting to the board.
You will identify where money is made or lost, and drive fixes on the factory floor and in the finance function. You will lead standard costing, BOMs, and factory margins, and develop robust monthly reporting and board commentary to explain the numbers.
