St Luke’s Hospice Plymouth is inviting applications for a Healthcare Assistant to join the End of Life Urgent Care Service. You will support patients at the end of life in their own homes or preferred place of care, helping them stay where they are most comfortable and reducing unnecessary hospital admissions.
