Job Description & Overview
Stefanini Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an proactive IT Support professional to provide face-to-face end-user assistance and hands-on hardware support. You will analyse issues, test system changes, and assist in deploying new hardware and software solutions.
The role requires 2-3 years in ICT, strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, SCCM, and written English. A passion for AI and eagerness to explore our internal SAI Library will be highly valued.
