Recovery Worker

We currently seeking a Substance MisuseRecoveryWorker for our client in Worthingon a 3month contract to start ASAP.
The rate of pay will be negotiated between 22-23an hour. This will be 37.5Hour a Week Contract, Monday to Friday.
As aRecoveryWorker you will be required to:

• Supporting service users from point of entry into the service and through their treatment/recoveryjourney;
• Providing screening, assessment, andrecoveryplanning and onward referral;
• Reducing alcohol related harm to service users and the wider community;
• Promoting carer, service user and community involvement;
• Providing advocacy for access to partnership services;
• Working with service users to support social (re)integration, enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives: promotingrecovery, resilience, peer support and self determination.

An Enhanced Adults and Children's DBS on the Update Service will be required for this position.
