Arlettie, pionnière des ventes privées événementielles, recherche un Chargé(e) de Recrutement et Planification à Paris. Sous la responsabilité de la Responsable RH Opérationnelle, vous aurez en charge l’organisation RH des événements et le recrutement des équipes opérationnelles.
Vous construirez les plannings en respect des budgets et des besoins RH, planifierez les équipes et suivrez les aspects administratifs (contrats, paie) avec les prestataires ; vous participerez aussi à des projets RH
