Lewisham Council is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead the Risk Outside the Home (ROTH) Team. You will supervise Social Workers and Senior Social Workers, oversee complex safeguarding cases and chair safeguarding and strategy meetings in a hybrid borough setting.
The role focuses on adolescent safeguarding, contextual safeguarding and multi-agency collaboration, with a competitive hourly umbrella rate of £45.20.
