Job Description & Overview
Marchant Recruitment is helping an inclusive 11–18 secondary school in Sutton, Outer London, to appoint an experienced SENCO to lead the SEND department with immediate start.
The successful candidate will oversee EHCP processes, lead a team of HLTA/LSAs, and collaborate with parents and external specialists to ensure pupils with additional needs are supported and empowered to reach their potential.
