Lyreco cerca un Tecnico ITS da inserire nel team Customer Care - Prodotti e Servizi. Il ruolo prevede assistenza tecnica remota su stampanti e multifunzioni HP, analisi di problemi hardware e software, gestione ticket end-to-end e interfaccia con dealer e centri assistenza.

Si richiede diploma tecnico, conoscenza di reti e sistemi Windows/AD, e capacità di troubleshooting in rete. Contratto a tempo indeterminato, lavoro full time, con possibilità di smart working fino a 2 giorni.
