Job Description & Overview
Southern Water is seeking a Field Performance Manager to lead the operation and performance of a dispersed portfolio of wastewater treatment sites across the Winchester area. You will lead operators and supervisors, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient asset performance while delivering excellent service to customers and protecting the environment.
You will manage a geographically diverse team, collaborate with engineering and process teams, and drive continuous improvement across locations.
