Axis CLC Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join our Reactive Maintenance team. You will perform desktop quality checks, validate SOR coding, and ensure compliant delivery of repairs for residents.
You’ll review statements, monitor subcontractor performance, and support operations to improve efficiency while upholding safety and value for money. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with planners, supervisors, and client teams to ensure audit-ready documentation
