Job Description & Overview
RS Group is seeking a Credit Control Manager to lead the Italian Accounts Receivable function, supervising a team based between Milan and Riga. The role focuses on cash collection, aged debt reduction, and DSO targets in line with RS Group policy. Fluency in Italian and English is essential, with strong knowledge of Italian AR legislation.
The position is hybrid, based in Sesto San Giovanni, with a 12-month FTC and a pay range of €40,500–€55,500, plus bonus opportunities and private healthcare.
