Onze klant in de regio As, een Europese marktleider in duurzame transformatie van een essentiële grondstof, zoekt een Hoofd Technische Dienst. Je stuurt een hybride team aan van 5 engineers en 5 gespecialiseerde techniekers en professionaliseert onderhoudsstrategieën voor maximale beschikbaarheid van het machinepark.

Daarnaast bewaak je CAPEX-investeringen, beheer je het volledige technische budget en stuur je de P&L van jouw afdeling, afstemming met tactisch overleg en directie om
