Job Description & Overview
Mistplay seeks a GTM Lead for DACH to launch and optimize Germany's growth engine across Android and iOS, with Austria and Switzerland in scope as results prove the model. You will own UA, rewards operations, creative strategy, and performance reporting, reporting to the GM EMEA. You will lead cross-functional teams, balance acquisition with product and advertiser outcomes, and operate with a practical, data-driven flywheel mindset. Regular Europe-based work is required.
