Jr Sales Specialist (European Languages) / FinTech

Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective businesses
• Use consultative selling techniques and provide product expertise and market insights to help customers navigate through their own technology or process
• Reachouttocustomerleadsthroughdifferentchannels
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers and partners
• Expedite the resolution of business problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
• Coordinatesaleseffortswithteammembersandotherdepartments
• Supply management with reports on business needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Negotiate contracts, ensuring the agreement is in the best interest of the customers and organisations.
• Manage your own pipeline to achieve and surpass monthly targets
• Manage sales cycles of 1-2 weeks, keeping potential customers warm throughout the process
• Representthecompanyatinternationalexhibitions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• 1-2 years of sales experience in Finance, Fintech, and Payment industries is desirable but not essential
• Native level of fluency with one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, German, Polish, Norwegian, etc.
• Excellentcommunication,presentation,andnegotiationskills
• Open to travel for work across Europe and overseas regions.
• Strong knowledge of the trends and developments in the sales industry
• Goodtimemanagementandorganizationalskills
• Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills
• Abilitytoworkindependentlyandcollaboratively
