Commercial Litigation Solicitor A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a respected Birmingham law firm. This role would suit a solicitor at 1–5 years PQE who is looking to continue developing their career within a busy disputes practice. You will work on a varied caseload, gaining exposure to a broad range of contentious matters while working alongside experienced lawyers. The Role You will assist with a variety of commercial and civil disputes, providing practical and commercially focused advice to clients. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and progressing your own matters with appropriate support Advising clients on contentious issues and potential disputes Drafting legal correspondence, pleadings and other documentation Reviewing evidence and carrying out legal research Liaising with clients, counsel and other professionals Contributing to the wider development of the disputes team The role offers a good balance of autonomy and support, with the opportunity to become increasingly involved in your own matters as your experience develops. About You We are looking for a solicitor with 1–5 years PQE who has experience within commercial litigation. You will ideally demonstrate: Experience handling contentious matters Strong drafting and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team This is an opportunity to join an established Birmingham practice and gain quality experience across a varied disputes caseload, with plenty of scope for continued professional development.
