Finance Business Partner

Are you looking for a role within FP&A, which is offering opportunities to get involved in various projects across the business? We are currently partnering with a well-established business within Chelmsford looking to continue their run of growth. The role is newly created to help build out and shape the FP&A function through hiring a finance Business Partner.

Responsibilities

As a Finance Business Partner you will…

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, including building and maintaining financial models
• Deliver monthly performance analysis with variance reporting, KPI tracking, and clear commercial insight
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to support decision-making, strategic initiatives, and business cases
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity, supporting month-end, audit requirements, and process improvements

Requirements

As a Finance Business Partner you will need…

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA part of fully qualified
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with financial models
