Job Description & Overview
Cygnet Hospital Bury Hudson is seeking confident Care & Support Workers to join our team in Bury St Edmunds. You will work full time (37.5 hours) with 12 hour shifts across days, nights and weekends, supporting men with secure mental health care.
Successful applicants will complete a 3-week paid induction and have access to coaching, supervision and apprentice opportunities within a supportive, values‑driven environment.
