Job Description & Overview
Ema Unlimited seeks a Senior Technical Support Specialist to own the health, reliability and trustworthiness of deployed agentic AI systems in production. You will be a production debugging expert, partnering with Engineering, Product, and Implementation to prevent incidents and improve system learning.
Diagnosing failures in multi-agent AI workflows, explaining AI behavior to customers, and shaping product improvements with on-call insights are core aspects of this role.
