Panel Technician

PANEL TECHNICIAN — £38K–£44K + UP TO £12K BONUS

Swindon

This is a job advert. Not an AI-generated love letter to the motor trade.

So we'll keep it simple.

You fix damaged cars.

They pay you properly.

£38,000–£44,000 basic

Up to £12,000 bonus a year

The bodyshop is modern, busy and has the work there for someone who knows what they're doing.

They're looking for an experienced Panel Technician who can get on with the job, do it properly and take some pride in what leaves their bay.

No need to be a “rockstar”.

No need to “thrive in a fast-paced environment”.

And nobody is going to describe you as a “panel-beating ninja”.

Just be good at fixing cars.

The important bits:

• £38k–£44k basic
• Up to £12k annual bonus
• Established accident repair centre
• Modern working environment
• Plenty of work
• Swindon

The company name is being kept anonymous at this stage — apply and I'll tell you exactly who it is before anything goes anywhere.

No CV polished to within an inch of its life required.

If you're a decent Panel Technician and the money has got your attention, hit apply and let's have a conversation.
