Job Description & Overview

Gressingham Foods is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager to help produce ducks of the best quality while maintaining welfare and safety standards. You will manage daily tasks, monitor feed and stock, and ensure records and policies are followed on a remote farm in the UK.

The role requires NVQ level 3 in poultry production or willingness to complete, plus knowledge of stockmanship, health, welfare, and safety. A positive, proactive approach and staff management skills are essential.
