About the role As an Assistant Manager, you are a key driver of our restaurant's success. Partnering closely with the General Manager, you will step up to lead the floor, manage shifts, and keep our team inspired during high-volume rushes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance a buzzing dine-in, whilst keeping a sharp eye on food and service standards.
