Leading financial planning, forecasting and budgeting, with monthly reporting packs and commercial insight into revenue, margin and cost drivers.
Acting as trusted advisor to senior leadership, supporting business case evaluation and leading/mentoring finance team members.
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA) with strong experience in Financial Business Partnering, FP&A or Commercial Finance.
Proven ability to partner with and influence senior leadership teams, backed by strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
Advanced Excel skills, strong commercial awareness, and previous leadership or people management experience advantageous.
