Une organisation à but non lucratif située à Lille recherche un cadre pour piloter des projets en faveur des personnes en situation de vulnérabilité. Le candidat idéal doit avoir une formation Bac+4/5 en sciences humaines et sociales ainsi qu'une expérience d’au moins trois ans, notamment dans les politiques de l’action sociale. Les missions incluent la conception et la mise en œuvre de projets, l'animation de groupes de travail, et l'analyse des besoins des territoires. Des déplacements fréquents en région sont à prévoir.
