Mon-Fri, Daily Hours 8am - 4:00pm

We're looking for dedicated Behavioural Support Assistants to support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone passionate about helping young people thrive while gaining valuable experience for future careers in education, psychology, youth work, or mental health support.

Behavioural Support Assistant Role:

Supporting pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs

Working 1:1 and in small groups to promote positive behaviour and engagement

Helping implement behaviour plans and emotional regulation strategies

Assisting teachers in maintaining a calm, structured learning environment

Building positive relationships to encourage confidence, resilience, and progress

Behavioural Support Assistant

Requirements

Genuine interest in supporting young people

Patient, calm, and proactive approach

Experience or training in behaviour management or manual handling preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Experience working with children or young people (desirable)
