Sales Trainee

Sales Trainee

Location: Glasgow | Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: OTE £600–£750 per week

The Pitch

Ever watched someone brilliant at sales and thought, "I could do that if someone just showed me how"? This is that chance. We're bringing on a Sales Trainee in Glasgow, starting from scratch, building real skills through real conversations — no classroom theory, just learning on the job from people who actually know what they're doing.

How Your Week Actually Looks

• Out in the community most days, speaking with people directly rather than sitting on the phone
• Shadowing and learning from experienced team members early on
• Gradually taking the lead on your own conversations and closing your own results
• Planning your route and pacing your own day once you've found your feet
• Watching your paycheck grow in direct proportion to what you achieve

This Suits You If...

• You talk to strangers easily and don't overthink it
• You'd rather learn by doing than by sitting through a manual
• Rejection bounces off you instead of sticking
• You want a job that pays for results, not just hours

The Details

• OTE £600–£750/week, commission-only, no ceiling on what you can earn
• Full training from day one — genuinely no experience required
• Own your schedule, plan your own days
• Clear, visible route to progress into senior sales
• Small, tight Glasgow team that actually knows your name
