The Client

An exciting position has become available for full-time Chefs to join a growing team based in Camberley, Surrey. You will join a talented team, preparing and cooking high quality food for VIP clients in the private aviation field.

A 2nd role as a full time chef to provide strength within the team across all sections...

You will be joining a family run business and enjoying being part of a small team is essential.

Requirements

As  Chef you will have:

• Have at least NVQ Level 2 in food preparation and cooking. A basic Food Hygiene

Certificate is beneficial, but training will be provided.

• Have excellent communication skills, orally and written.
• Have great attention to detail.
• Be able to work in a team or individually.
• Be capable of working under pressure with time-constraints.
• Have good knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Having a wide knowledge of different cuisines will be advantageous
• Be able to multi-task.
• Be flexible.
• A full driving licence essential.

 Responsibilities

• To assist in preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• To help maintain, clean, and use where necessary all kitchen equipment.
• To maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen areas in line with

current EHO standards.

• To help create and operate an efficient rota of kitchen staff and cover.
• To apply the necessary practises and procedures to maintain food safety protocols.
• To be responsible for the running of the kitchen, its staff, and facilities in the absence of

the Head Chef.

Hours and Benefits

The successful candidates will earn up to £32,500+ for the Chef position. This position is 5 days a week every other weekend. 2 shift Patterns 6-2pm and 10-6pm with a degree of flexibility

28 days holiday per year including bank holidays.
