Salary: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a large 70 place nursery setting in Wakefield. The nursery provides a welcoming environment for children aged 0-5, supporting their learning, development and engagement throughout the Early Years.

The nursery is looking to take on a Nursery Practitioner for both long-term and day-to-day opportunities, with part-time and full-time hours available. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children across the setting, helping to provide engaging activities, maintain a safe and positive environment and support children in line with the EYFS.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or QTS

Experience working with children aged 0-5 in an Early Years setting

Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

A positive and enthusiastic approach to supporting children

The ability to adapt across different nursery rooms and age groups

A reliable and flexible approach to work
