Role and Responsibilities

• Processing vehicle sales and registrations, including DVLA documentation
• Preparing and checking paperwork for vehicle handovers
• Managing warranty claims and manufacturer administration
• Maintaining accurate records on the Dealer Management System (DMS)
• Supporting the sales and aftersales teams with general administration

Vehicle Administrator Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Administrator or in a similar administrative role within a motor dealership
• Familiarity with DVLA registration processes and manufacturer warranty procedures
• Comfortable using a Dealer Management System (DMS)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
