Job Description & Overview
Encyclis is seeking a motivated Assistant Plant Operator (APO) for our new Walsall ERF site in the West Midlands. You will perform operational routines and plant checks to ensure safe, efficient operations in a rotating 12-hour shift pattern.
Collaborating with the Shift Team Leader, you will oversee waste feeding, boiler and steam systems, and assist with maintenance and housekeeping to maintain high standards of safety and performance.
